It is hard to believe it was seven years ago that Bruce Rader sat down and did his first interview with then rookie Head Coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers Mike Tomlin.
Tomlin had just replaced the legendary Bill Cower and was virtually unknown among Steelers fans around the nation, and there are plenty of them. People wondered if Art Rooney was crazy to hire the defensive coach from the Vikings.
Well, it worked out pretty well, as Tomlin became the youngest coach in NFL history to lead a team to a Super Bowl win.
Tomlin is not one to forget where he came from -- he comes home every year to headline the Hampton Roads Youth Foundation weekend.
On Thursday, Bruce Rader once again sat down with Coach Tomlin, two weeks prior to the start of Steelers Training Camp.
